Causes and Comparative Advantages of the Diverse Development of Community Foundations
At present,the development of community foundations in China increasingly presents diversified forms of practice such as enterprise initiated,government initiated,social organizations initiated,residents initiated and mixed initiated.Although they have common features on the whole,each type of community foundation and even each community foundation has its own characteristics in practice.Starting from differences in legitimacy acquisition,core stakeholder composition and development strategy differences,it is helpful to clarify and grasp the similarities and differences in the functions of different types of community foundations in the new pattern of grass-roots governance.In order to scientifically guide different types of community foundations to achieve differentiated development in practice and enable them to better play their own advantages in the new pattern of grass-roots governance featuring multi-subject co-construction,co-governance and sharing,it is necessary to accurately understand their organizational operation logic and institutional implications based on in-depth analysis of their internal action logic.
