The Action Paths of Urban-rural Information Differentiation Governance Under the Background of Common Prosperity—Based on the Analysis Framework of County Area's Governance
Under the background that information resources have become a new production factor,urban-rural information differ-entiation governance is a necessary measure to promote rural revitalization,and also a proper meaning to promote the Chinese-style modernization characterized by common prosperity.Urban-rural information differentiation governance holds practical values of transfor-ming intelligence into governance,leading with science and technology,digital regeneration,and spatio-temporal connections.Howev-er,in the actual empowerment process,there are various dilemmas that need resolution,such as the lag of infrastructure development,severe shortages in human resources,imbalances in collaborative governance mechanisms,and poor market environment performance.Therefore,taking the county area as the spatial scale and policy focus,the county area's governance path of improving infrastructure,strengthening talent cultivation,enhancing governance efficiency and promoting industrial prosperity is expected to promote the govern-ance of urban-rural information differentiation and realization of the strategy of common prosperity.
