Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese path to modernization,and the digital economy is an important field to achieve common prosperity.Clarifying the relationship between the digital economy and common prosperity is not only the inter-nal requirement of implementing the"Digital China"strategy,but also an important starting point to promote common prosperity.The development of the digital economy will not only create data as an emerging income distribution factor,strengthen the public's percep-tion of innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities,increase the public's market access,but also enhance the inclusive nature of new positions and strengthen the economic radiation function of platforms.However,constrained by market regulation and the laws of technological progress,the empowering effect of digital economy development on common prosperity has encountered many obstacles such as digital divide,platform monopoly,and technological unemployment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,enhance digital skill training for digital barriers and slow adapting populations,deepen the supply side structural reform of the platform economic organization,strengthen the comprehensive governance of platform economic organizations,improve the support system for digital innovation and entrepreneurship public services,and establish a sound mechanism for re-employment assis-tance for the"technically unemployed"population.
