The Moral and Legal Way to Standardize the Relationship Between Power and Capital in Contemporary China and the West
Since Xi Jinping proposed the two principles of"affinity and purity"in the relationship between politics and business,the academic community in China has been exploring the relationship between politics and business or the relationship between power and capital in the new era in depth.Due to the different cognitive attitudes towards the essence and role of market economy between the East and the West,the ways and methods of capitalization of power are of the same quality,and the paths of capital empowerment are vastly different.Especially under the conditions of global economic digitization,the operational mechanisms between power and capital in the East and the West face more complex ethical challenges:in terms of capitalization of digital power,it presents various forms of expression.In terms of empowerment of digital capital,it has also generated various forms of expression.To solve these problems,it is necessary to conduct a deep theoretical analysis of the bottom line morality,ethical rules,and rule of law principles of the benign inter-action between power and capital in contemporary China and the West,and correctly handle the three major issues:ensure treating vul-nerable groups with a proper attitude the moral premise of the benign interaction between power and capital,continue to build an ethical rule system of the benign interaction between power and capital,and continuously enhance the legal guarantee of the benign interaction between power and capital.Only in this way can we effectively address and solve the various difficulties encountered in the theoretical and practical aspects of China's politics and business relations(power and capital relations)in the new era.
