Overall Achievements,Basic Experiences and Prospects of Agricultural Sustainable Development Led by the CPC
Promoting sustainable agricultural development is not only a requirement for liberating and developing productivity,but also includes the dimension of reconstructing production relations between workers and farmers,urban and rural areas,and among dif-ferent social groups.The understanding and practice of agricultural sustainable development runs through the historical process of revo-lution,construction,reform,and rejuvenation led by the Party.During the four historical periods of the new democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the CPC systematically grasped the main contradictions of agricultural sustainable development,insisted on viewing the issue of agricultural sustainable development from the big history of"two combinations",insisted on the Party's overall leadership over the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and insisted on the people centered development idea.Facing the goal of building a modern socialist power,agricultural sustainable development should focus on the realization of"production develop-ment,affluent life,and good ecology",stabilize the basic situation of food security,solidly promote common prosperity,coordinate to promote carbon reduction,pollution reduction,and green growth,and make"three rural"contributions to the realization of Chinese path to modernization.
