The Mechanism and Path of Digital Economy Empowering Regional Common Prosperity in the Context of Chinese Path to Modernization
Common prosperity is the essential requirement and primary goal of socialism,and regional common prosperity is an im-portant embodiment of common prosperity in the development of regional sectors.The vigorous development of the digital economy has provided strong impetus for promoting regional common prosperity.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,regional common prosperity has presented new requirements,new features and new meanings.Starting from the macro and micro levels,the theoretical logic of digital economy empowering regional common prosperity can be explained from six aspects:inclusive development effect,inno-vation promotion effect,spatial spillover effect,economies of scale effect,economies of scope effect,and supply-demand matching effect.The internal mechanism of digital economy empowering regional common prosperity can be analyzed from five dimensions:inno-vation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,the realization of common prosperity of digital economy empowering regions should start from five aspects:driving the construction of modern industrial system with digital innovation,enabling regional coordinated development with digital technology,promoting the construction of inter-regional ecological protection mechanism with digital collaboration,promoting collaborative opening with digital"Silk Road"construction,and promoting the construction of new mechanisms for regional shared development with digital interconnection.
