Research on the Reconstruction of the Cooperation Mechanism Between the Eastern and the Western Part Under the Goal of Common Prosperity
The cooperation between the East and the West of China is a major strategy and measure to promote regional coordinated development,collaborative development,and common development,and to achieve common prosperity.Since the 18th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China,the scale and path of cooperation and targeted support between the East and the West of China have continuously expanded,and significant achievements have been made in the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosper-ous society in the western region.In the new stage of development,in order to realize the Chinese path to modernization requirement of common prosperity for all the people proposed in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,the East-West cooperation mechanism needs to release the"multiplier effect".To this end,it is necessary to respond with the starting point of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with rural revitalization,guided by narrowing the urban-rural gap and group income gap in the eastern and western regions,guided by the path of promoting the construction of a unified national market,fol-lowing the reconstruction logic of the cooperation mechanism between the eastern and western regions under the guidance of common prosperity,and empowering rural revitalization and regional coordinated development through the reconstruction of the cooperation mechanism between the eastern and western regions.In the new stage of development,we should reconstruct and empower common prosperity through the cooperation mechanism between the East and the West,promote the upgrading of the"industry+park"collabo-rative governance model,strengthen the innovation of the"consumption+employment"collaborative governance model,and explore the"resource+service"collaborative governance model.
