Exploring the Path of Enhancing Sustainable Livelihood Ability of Farmers Lifted out of Poverty from the Perspective of Rural Cultural Revitalization
Rural revitalization faces new challenges in meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life,while also shoulde-ring the bottom line task of ensuring that large-scale poverty does not occur.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strate-gy,the spiritual outlook of the poverty-stricken people has greatly changed,and their living standards have significantly improved.However,currently some farmers still face problems such as fragile livelihood and insufficient endogenous motivation,and need to focus on enhancing their sustainable livelihood capabilities of autonomy,self-help,and self-sufficiency.Cultural revitalization is the spiritu-al core of rural revitalization and an effective way to enhance the sustainable livelihood ability of poverty-stricken households.From the perspective of rural cultural revitalization,to enhance the resilience and development ability of farmers themselves,firstly we need to stimulate their endogenous development motivation and provide a source of power for sustainable livelihood;Secondly,we need to en-hance their scientific and cultural literacy,providing a source of intelligence for sustainable livelihood;Third,we should increase the supply of rural culture to provide policy guarantees for sustainable livelihood.
