On the Rural Education Governance of Serving the Education Power
Realizing"good governance"in rural education and ensuring a balanced supply of educational resources between urban and rural areas is an important basis for promoting the construction of a strong education country.At present,there are still many obsta-cles in the governance of rural education,mainly reflected in the utilitarian motives and imitation application tendencies of the govern-ance subjects.The governance methods are limited by tradition,resulting in frequent non professional phenomena.The virtualization of governance mechanisms leads to inadequate integration and implementation,and the structural and functional imbalance of governance elements.To promote rural education governance and serve the national strategy of building a strong education country,at the level of value logic,it is necessary to achieve the unity of standardization and localization,while ensuring the integration of tool utility and val-ue rationality,and emphasizing the cultivation of confidence in local culture.At the practical level,it is necessary to establish a struc-tural optimization and diversified sharing investment mechanism,and follow the governance approach of comparative advantage and dual integration,continuously improving the education informatization governance structure that emphasizes both strengthening the country and promoting agriculture.
