落实劳动教育的时代审思与路径探究

新时代,落实劳动教育,不单是把劳动教育引入国民教育体系,把劳动项目融入课程建设,更重要的是通过劳动使受教育者收获身份觉醒与使命担当,赋予其行为日常以向真向善向美的自律力量,最终培育德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人才,服务教育强国的国家战略发展要求。在此目标指引下,落实劳动教育,在理论层面,要符合教育治理的内在规定,关注人的社会性存在,强调劳动的具身实践,并以此应对由劳动物化所引发的人的价值危机;在实践层面,要推动劳动教育改革创新,坚持主导性和主体性相统一的原则,推动教育从单向度引领到双循环互惠的方式转化,重塑劳动教育生态,引导个体以义务劳动实现有效社会参与。
The Era Review and Path Exploration of Implementing Labor Education
In the new era,implementing labor education is not only about introducing labor education into the national education system,but also integrating labor projects into curriculum construction.More importantly,through labor,the educated can awaken their identity and fulfill their mission,endowing their daily behavior with self-discipline towards truth,goodness,and beauty,ultimately cultivating talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,and serving the national strategic development requirements of an education powerhouse.Guided by this goal,the implementation of labor education should comply with the internal regulations of educational governance at the theoretical level,pay attention to the social existence of in-dividuals,emphasize the embodied practice of labor,and use this to address the value crisis caused by the objectification of labor.At the practical level,we should promote the reform and innovation of labor education,adhere to the principle of unity of dominance and subjectivity,promote the transformation of education from one-way guidance to dual circulation and mutual benefit,reshape the labor education ecosystem,and guide individuals to achieve effective social participation through compulsory labor.
