The De-privacy of the Digital Human:Privacy Dilemma and the Solution Path in the Era of Intelligent Media
In the digital society,as a virtual substitute of natural persons,digital people participate in various public affairs and play an important role in social life.However,with the advent of the intelligent media era and the continuous improvement of digitali-zation levels in the entire society,deep mining and continuous dissemination of data related to digital humans have led to the continuous appearance of de-privacy scenarios,causing severe intrusions into the privacy of natural persons.Based on this situation,traditional privacy protection measures are hard-pressed to genuinely function effectively.Solutions to the privacy dilemma brought about by the de-privacy of digital humans can be sought from aspects as the more comprehensive implementation of the informed consent principle,joint construction of good technological ethical order,and legal collection and use of citizens'data.
