The Basic Logic and Practical Approach to Strengthening the Construction of Rural Governance Community
In order to solidly promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the new era,it is necessary to further clarify the goal orientation,principles,and requirements of the times for the construction of rural governance communities.It is also necessary to deeply analyze the lack of initiative and professionalism of governance entities,insufficient standardization and constraint of construc-tion mechanisms,weak rationality and liquidity of resource allocation,and complex and ever-changing governance ecology faced in the process of building rural governance communities in the new development stage.Based on the current requirements and advantages of the construction of rural governance communities,high-quality construction of grassroots governance communities aimed at meeting the interests and development of farmers can be achieved from four practical dimensions:consolidating consensus among stakeholders,in-novating institutional mechanisms,optimizing resource allocation,and reshaping governance ecology.
