Theoretical Logic,Practical Problems,and Implementation Paths of Artificial Intelligence Promoting Common Prosperity
How to leverage the positive effect of artificial intelligence in promoting common prosperity,and avoid and resolve its negative effects is of great significance for achieving common prosperity smoothly.From a theoretical logic perspective,artificial intelli-gence has a promoting effect on common prosperity in multiple aspects,mainly including stabilizing the share of labor income,promo-ting the sharing of economic growth results among low skilled labor,creating new job opportunities for low skilled labor,and the asym-metric impact on labor supply and demand.However,the implementation of these theoretical logic still faces problems such as lack of overall development plans for the supply,demand,and distribution ends of artificial intelligence,unclear role of artificial intelligence technology in improving productivity,unreasonable scale and structure of higher education,lack of training channels for low skilled la-bor,and shortcomings in digital infrastructure construction.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically formulate the development strate-gy of artificial intelligence,promote the application and diffusion of artificial intelligence technology in the economy,establish an edu-cation and training system that matches the demand for artificial intelligence talents,establish a specialized artificial intelligence tech-nology training system for low skilled labor,improve the quality of digital infrastructure in underdeveloped and rural areas,and use arti-ficial intelligence to promote the realization of common prosperity.
