From Digital Divide to Digital Justice:Addressing the Farmers'Psychological Dilemma Based the"Dual Resilience"Theory
With the continuous promotion of digital villages construction,the deepening development of digitalization and the faster pace of population aging,the digital divide has caused many gaps and inequalities in the participation of farmers in digital villages con-struction in terms of access,usage,and knowledge divides.At the same time,it also leads to psychological anxiety,alienation,rela-tive deprivation,and helplessness among farmers due to their difficulties in adapting to the external environment in terms of cognition,emotions,abilities,and concepts.Specifically,this manifests as psychological struggles in ability panic and technological doubts,psy-chological frustration between virtual space and real emotions,psychological conflicts under rights squeeze and opportunity lack,and psychological loss under digital integration and information acquisition.To address the psychological dilemma faced by farmers men-tioned above,this thesis using the"dual resilience"theory as a powerful tool,is targeted to strengthen the psychological resilience of farmers by updating the digital cognitive schema,reshaping the idea of digital integration,establishing digital identity,and constructing a digital mental order;Meanwhile,it aims to build a digital governance community,release the effectiveness of digital governance,and enhance the response capacity of digital technology,thereby enhancing the resilience of digital villages governance,and ultimately a-chieving digital justice.
