Developing new agricultural productivity is a major strategic choice for China to adapt to the characteristics of the times.Against the backdrop of factors such as poor innate endowments,low technological content,incomplete system,and increasing interna-tional competition pressure in agriculture,using digital civilization to drive the overall leap of traditional primary industries has become a fundamental content of China's agricultural development and improvement.In this regard,the penetration and integration of digital technology in the agricultural field will trigger systematic optimization of various factors of agricultural productivity such as agricultural laborers,labor materials,and labor objects,as well as their various combinations,thereby forming a new quality of agricultural produc-tivity,and presenting distinctive characteristics of high technology,high efficiency,and different from industrial new quality productivi-ty.However,due to the combined influence of historical contradictions and practical factors,the development of new agricultural pro-ductivity in China will face obstacles such as difficulties in agricultural research and development promotion,insufficient effective de-mand for small-scale farming as the main mode of operation,and insufficient support for basic production conditions.Based on this,it is necessary to explore the practical path of agricultural new quality productivity in a targeted manner,accelerate the establishment and improvement of institutional mechanisms and policy systems that are conducive to the development of agricultural new quality productivi-ty,in order to promote the modernization and efficiency improvement of agriculture and the sustainable release of digital momentum.
