Research on the Construction Path of Institutional Mechanisms for Developing New Quality Productive Forces Based on Local Conditions
The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization emphasizes the need to improve the system and mechanism for developing new quality pro-ductive forces in accordance with local conditions.The Marxist theory of productive forces contains the idea of adapting to local condi-tions,emphasizing that the development of productive forces must respect the differences in natural conditions,social and historical conditions and production relations,while also emphasizing the importance of science and technology.Developing new quality produc-tive forces according to local conditions requires comprehensive consideration of three dimensions:traditional production factors,tech-nological innovation,and industries.China has made remarkable achievements in the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions,and has formed a series of innovative development patterns.However,there are still problems such as rigid institu-tional mechanisms,insufficient coordinated regional development and unequal distribution of innovation resources,which restrict the comprehensive development of new quality productivity.This situation requires us to develop new quality productivity according to local conditions based on the optimal allocation of resource endowment and traditional production factors in the process of institutional mecha-nism construction,promote the formation of diversified technological innovation paths,build a modern industrial system that is in line with regional reality,and promote resource sharing and coordinated development among regions.
