With the rapid iteration of digital technology,the integration of the elderly into the digital society is facing an increasing-ly significant digital divide challenge.In this context,digital identity,as a bridge between the elderly and the digital world,is not only related to the satisfaction of the basic survival needs of the elderly in the digital age,but also the core element of their ontological mani-festation and independent development,and the key measure to measure their integration into the digital society.However,influenced by multi-dimensional factors such as technology,society and psychology,the elderly are faced with multi-dimensional and deep-seat-ed challenges in the process of building and maintaining their digital identities.These challenges are intertwined into such dilemmas as blurred boundaries between reality and virtuality,conflicts between authority and humble identities,and the intersection of sense of meaning and vanity,which seriously"obscures"the full display of their digital identities.To solve this problem,it is particularly im-portant to build a comprehensive practical framework that integrates technical care as the cornerstone,others'identity as the help,and the self-identity of the elderly as the core.The framework aims to show the technical care for the elderly and narrow the"digital di-vide"through the innovation of digital technology.At the same time,promote the positive recognition and acceptance of the digital i-dentity of the elderly by society and families,and help the recognition of the other perspective to cross the"digital generation gap";More significantly,it encourages the elderly to actively build a digital lifestyle,enhances their recognition and positive shaping of their digital identity value,and eliminates the"digital gap".In this way,a superb digital survival vision for the elderly can be realized.
