The Current Situation,Problems and Improvement Path of the International Dissemination of Whole Process People's Democracy
The ability of international discourse dissemination determines the expansion of discourse power in the international field,and is the key to the international community's understanding and recognition of China's voice.As a symbolic concept of Chi-nese style democracy,the whole process people's democracy is still in a state of"speechlessness and inability to spread reason"in in-ternational communication.The international dissemination of people's democracy throughout the entire process is facing the overall sit-uation of"strong in the west and weak in the east"in the world's democratic discourse,the monopoly of Western countries on demo-cratic discourse,the"self talk"of Chinese media in the international public opinion field,and the imbalance and insufficient linkage of external communication subject capabilities.We should enhance the international communication effectiveness of people's democracy throughout the entire process by deepening the connotation of iconic concepts,innovating the narrative of people's democracy through-out the entire process,enhancing the initiative of issue setting,optimizing the linkage mechanism between traditional and emerging media,and constructing a new pattern of external communication with subject linkage.
