Research on Empowering Development of New Quality Productivity Under the Background of"Financial Powerhouse"
The Central Financial Work Conference proposed for the first time the grand goal of building a"financial powerhouse".As the lifeblood of modern economy,finance should effectively serve the development of the entity economy.Developing new quality productive forces will continuously inject new momentum into the Chinese economy,requiring not only disruptive innovation in cutting-edge technologies but also support from a modern financial system.The strategy of"building a strong financial country"fully meets the development requirements of new quality productivity,and the modern financial industry under the strategy of"building a strong fi-nancial country"is an important component of new quality productivity.However,currently there are many problems in empowering the development of new quality productivity in China's finance industry.The financial system dominated by indirect finance lags behind the development needs of new quality productivity,and the ability of direct financial services to serve new quality productivity needs to be improved.The article elaborates on the logical framework of financial empowerment of new quality productivity from three aspects:the six major systems of"financial powerhouse"are important guarantees,technology finance,green finance,and digital finance are im-portant sources,and the financial market that coordinates the development of direct and indirect finance is the key engine.To enable the development of new quality productivity with the strategy of ＂financial power＂,it is necessary to optimize the layout of financial market structure,improve the quality and efficiency of financial institution work,build a diversified and professional financial service system,improve the construction of financial infrastructure system,establish a complete and effective financial regulatory system,build a scientific and stable financial regulation system.
