The Development Model and Construction Path of China's Public Welfare Charity"Strong Country Strong Society"
To establish a coordinated institutional system for initial distribution,redistribution,and the third distribution,it is nec-essary to clarify the relationship between public welfare and charity in developing countries and society.Existing research mostly discus-ses the"strong state"and"strong society"models of public welfare and charity separately,while the"strong state strong society"de-velopment model of public welfare and charity emphasizes the strong interactive relationship between"strong state"and"strong society".The construction of a"strong country strong society"model for public welfare and charity is an inherent requirement for the develop-ment of China's characteristic public welfare and charity undertakings.It is necessary to promote the mutual reliance,embedding,and empowerment of the"strong country"and"strong society"of public welfare and charity.Given that there are still issues in the current development process of"strong country strong society"in China's public welfare and charity industry,such as the compression of de-velopment space for"strong society"by"strong country",difficulty in forming effective interaction between"strong society"and"strong country",and the disconnection between"strong country"and"strong society",it is necessary to strengthen the government's guidance,support,and self reform capabilities,enhance the organizational level and innovative vitality of public welfare and charity organizations,and continue to promote the coordinated interaction between the state and society in public welfare and charity,thus forming a development synergy.
