"'第二个结合'是又一次的思想解放"是具有标识性的重大论断.这一论断不只是强调从某一具体错误的思想观念中解放出来,而是强调在文化观和文明观这种更为总体、更为宏阔的大格局中的思想解放.具体来说,又一次的思想解放,首先是对中华优秀传统文化与中国具体实际关系认识的思想解放;其次是对中华优秀传统文化与马克思主义基本原理关系认识的思想解放;第三是对中华优秀传统文化与中国道路、中国理论、中国制度关系认识的思想解放;第四是对中华优秀传统文化与中国式现代化关系认识的思想解放;第五是对中华优秀传统文化与中华民族现代文明关系认识的思想解放;第六是对中国式现代化与西方现代化关系认识的思想解放;第七是从对中华优秀传统文化、中华民族现代文明与人类文明新形态关系的传统认识、肤浅认识以及片面、僵化、歪曲的认识中解放出来,从"文化复古主义""文化虚无主义"和"西方中心论"的思想禁锢中解放出来,破解"古今中西之争",重估并确立中华优秀传统文化、中国式现代化的文化形态、中华民族现代文明的时代价值和世界意义,确立中国式现代化、中华民族现代文明的权威.

The second combination is another ideological liberation,which is a significant landmark statement.This statement not only emphasizes the liberation from a specific erroneous ideological concept,but also emphasizes the liberation of ideas in a more comprehensive and broader framework of cultural and civilization views.Specifically,another ideological liberation,first and foremost,is the liberation of the understanding of the relationship between excellent traditional Chinese culture and its specific realities;Secondly,it is the ideological liberation of understanding the relationship between excellent traditional Chinese culture and the basic principles of Marxism;The third is the ideological liberation of understanding the relationship between excellent traditional Chinese culture and the Chinese road,Chinese theory,and Chinese system;The fourth is the ideological emancipation of the understanding of the relationship between the excellent traditional Chinese culture and Chinese modernization;The fifth is the ideological liberation of understanding the relationship between excellent traditional Chinese culture and modern Chinese civilization;The sixth is the ideological emancipation of the understanding of the relationship between Chinese modernization and western modernization;The seventh is to liberate from the traditional,superficial and one-sided,rigid and distorted understanding of the relationship between the excellent traditional culture of China,the modern Chinese civilization and the new form of human advancement,and from the ideological shackles of"cultural revivalism","cultural nihilism"and"western centrism",to break the discord of"ancient and modern times","China and the West",re-calculate and establish the era value and world significance of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the cultural form of Chinese modernization and the modern Chinese civilization,and establish the authority of Chinese modernization and the modern Chinese civilization.
