Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively with Institutional Building as the Main Task
The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization was adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.On the basis of reviewing and applying the valuable experience we have gained since the launch of reform and opening up,particularly from our endeavor to comprehensively deepen reform in the new era,the resolution indicates that one of the basic principles for further deepening reform comprehensively is to take institutional building as our main task.This paper analyzes the profound connotation of institutional building,expounds its functional significance for comprehensively deepening reform,and discusses the principles and approaches of institutional building in the new era and new journey,so as to verify the general pattern of institutional building for comprehensively deepening reform.
