The Mutual Structure of Capital,Technology and Power——the Three-Dimensional Path of Artificial Intelligence Embedded in Political Security and the Strategies of Improving Our Political Security Level
Artificial intelligence plays strategic role during national development,and political security plays a fundamental role in national security However in the process of embedding artificial intelligence into the political security through a three-dimensional system of capital,technology,and power,it may lead to multidimensional risks,such as the reconstruction of political relation elements in the value chain of digital technology and the marginalization of national sovereignty,deeper vulnerability of state power security,the dissolution of political justice and the discrimination of political system,etc.Given the context of risk society where the intensity of international interests contest are increased and the uncertain risks are strengthened,exploring the induction mechanism of related risks through the logic of technical tools,capital and power of artificial intelligence embedded in political security,would help us to adopt the following strategies to explore and improve the good governance of political security risk which conforms to the localization needs in the era of artificial intelligence.Firstly,improving the auxiliary game efficiency of artificial intelligence system to prevent and resolve the external pressure of technological hegemony.Secondly,strengthening the regulated capital function of the institutional design and optimizing the safeguard mechanism of artificial intelligence.Lastly,optimizing liability system design of power and responsibility allocation and balancing the distribution scale of artificial intelligence costs and benefits,etc.
