毛竹增产剂及幼竹竹腔施肥对竹笋品质的影响研究

通过竹腔施肥试验区与对照区毛竹竹笋游离氨基酸、还原糖、总黄酮、维生素C、可溶性固形物、锌含量等营养成分含量的测定,比较分析了两者竹笋品质的变化情况.结果表明:施肥能有效提高竹笋中游离氨基酸、总黄酮、可溶性固形物和维生素C的含量,不会影响竹笋的营养品质和利用价值.
Effects of Cavity-Fertilizing on Shoot Qualities of Moso Bamboo
In this paper, the nutrient components such as amino acid, sugar, total flavones, vitamin C, soluble solid and microelement-zinc content etc, of moso bamboo shoots were compared between bamboo cavity fertilized and unfertilized respectively. The results showed that fertilization increased obviously the amino acid, total flavones, soluble solid and vitamin C content of bamboo shoots. There were no negative effects on the quality and use value of bamboo shoots.
