A Preliminary Study on Establishment of Hydroponic Culture System for Phyllostachys praecox
To establish a hydroponic culture system for seedlings of Phyllostachys praecox,Leaf-area,biomass increment and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics under different N,P,K treatments were measured to screen suitable N,P,K concentration.Results of single factor experiment showed that 6.0 mmol/L N treatment was superior to that of 0.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,10.0 and 12.0 mmol/L N,4.0 mmol/L P treatment was superior to that of 0.0,1.0,2.0,3.0,5.0,6.0 and 7.0 mmol/L P,3.0 mmol/L K treatment was superior to that of 0.0,1.0,2.0,4.0 and 5.0 mmol/L K.NPK three level orthogonal test L9 (33) showed that a combination of 8.0 mmol/L N,5.0 mmol/L P and 2.0 mmol/L K was optimal to the seedling growth of Phyllostachys praeco.
