脑卒中合并糖尿病患者血糖管理行为改变动机的质性研究

摘要
目的 分析脑卒中合并糖尿病患者血糖管理行为改变的动机,为帮助脑卒中患者的血糖控制决策提供支持.方法 采用目的抽样法,选取18例脑卒中合并糖尿病患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析.结果 脑卒中合并糖尿病患者血糖管理行为改变动机可以被提炼为3个主题:认识到血糖管理的重要性、认识到血糖管理的不利因素、认识到血糖管理的自我效能感.结论 医务人员可通过增加脑卒中合并糖尿病患者血糖管理知识储备,帮助其发现血糖管理的不利因素,从而增强脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的内驱力和自我效能感,提升其血糖自我管理能力,最终促进脑卒中患者血糖管理不良行为的改变.
Abstract
Objective This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing changes in blood glucose man-agement behavior in stroke patients with diabetes mellitus.The findings of this research will provide valuable insights to support healthcare professionals in making informed decisions regarding blood glucose control in stroke patients.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 18 patients with stroke combined with diabetes mellitus for semistructured interviews,and Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results The motivations for behavioral change in blood glucose management among stroke patients with dia-betes can be categorized into three themes:recognizing the importance of blood glucose management,identif-ying adverse factors in blood glucose management,and acknowledging self-efficacy in blood glucose manage-ment.Conclusion Medical staff can improve the knowledgebase of blood glucose management in stroke pa-tients with diabetes.This approach can help them identify the factors that negatively affect blood glucose man-agement,thereby increasing their motivation and self-confidence.Ultimately,this approach can improve stroke patients'ability to self-manage their blood glucose levels,leading to positive changes in their blood glucose management behavior.
