Objective To explore the clinical applications of cerebral angiography in patients with extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent cerebral an-giography after implantation of ECMO from June 2020 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Cerebral angiography was successfully completed in all patients among whom 2 cases had abnormali-ties and subsequently received interventional therapy.Cerebrovascular accidents were excluded in the other 4 cases based on cerebral angiography examination. Conclusion Cerebral angiography can be used in patients with ECMO,which can clearly show the blood vessels and blood flow in the brain, and provide opportunities for early endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
