    查看更多>>摘要:A new ketone, vicamazone (4-(2-butoxyethoxy)-4-methylpentan-2-one) (1), was isolated from the leaves of Victoria amazonica (Nymphaeaceae). The structure of the new 4-methylpentan-2-one derivative was elucidated by chemical and physical evidences.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new benzenoid, liriodenchic acid (1), along with nine known compounds that include two aporphine alkaloids, liriodenine (2) and (–)-anonaine (3); two lignans, (+)-syringaresinol (4) and (+)-yangambin (5); and five benzenoids, p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), vanillic acid (7), vanillin (8), syringic acid (9), and syringaldehyde (10), were isolated from the leaves of Liriodendron chinense (Magnoliaceae). These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral evidences.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new macrolide, named concanamycin H (1), together with 12 known compounds (2–13), was isolated from the endophytic Streptomyces humidus SCB0232 for the first time. Compounds 1–13 were identified by analysis of spectroscopic data. Compounds trienomycin A (2) and trienomycin E (3) exhibited moderate inhibitory activities against Fusarium verticillioides and Phytophthora infestans with IC50 values ranging from 32.64 to 72.35 μg·mL–1.

Its structure was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. It displayed strong antifungal activity against Colletotrichum musae and Fusarium oxysporum, and weak activity towards two serotypes of Escherichia coli (O6 and O78).

    查看更多>>摘要:Several neo-tanshinlactone derivatives with fluorine or the trifluoromethyl group were synthesized and their antiproliferative activities were evaluated. Compared with neo-tanshinlactone, fluorinated derivatives showed a broad activity spectrum against human tumor lines. For a neo-tanshinlactone chemical skeleton, these results also indicated that the hydrophobic group (methyl) at C-4 position and the carbon–carbon double bond of ring-D might play a crucial role in selective antibreast cancer activity. In addition, the synthesized compounds 10 and 17 showed a broad range of antiproliferative activity with IC50 values of 15–40 μM.

    查看更多>>摘要:In this research, the co-culture of the host plant Dendrobium officinale, the endophyte Irpex lacteus, and the pathogenic Nigrospora oryzae was examined to study the interaction of host and endophytes by the production of metabolite. A rare butenolide, named nigrolactin (1), was isolated and its structure determined by spectral analysis. Compound 1 showed significant antifungal activity against Aspergillus fumigate with MIC of 1 μg/mL. The results showed that the interaction of host-endophyte-phytopathogen in co-culture can induce the production of new antifungal metabolites.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new lignan, named 1-phenylpropenoate-4,8′-lignan A (1), and three known lignans (2–4) were isolated from Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC. for the first time. The structures of compounds 1–4 were determined by extensive spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with reported references. Compounds 1–4 were evaluated for their inhibitory activity against LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 showed certain anti-inflammatory activities with IC50 values of 4.09 ± 0.52 and 6.24 ± 0.64 mM, respectively.

    查看更多>>摘要:Two new anthraquinones, 2,6-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-5-methoxyanthraquinone (1) and 2,5-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-3-methoxyanthraquinone (2), were isolated from the twigs of Cassia alata. Their structures were determined by means of HR-ESI-MS and extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for their antibacterial activity. The results showed that both compounds exhibited high antibacterial activity against 11 microbial strains isolated from the saliva of smokers.
