    查看更多>>摘要:A new phenolic glycoside 1 and three known compounds(2-4)have been isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.leaves.Their structures were identified as erythro-1-0-methyl-2-O-β-D-gIucopyranosyl-guaiacylglycerol(1),3,5-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol A-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),salidroside(3),and dihydroconiferin(4)from spectroscopic data(~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,HSQC,and HMBC)and using chemical methods.In the in vitro assay,compound 1 displayed potent inhibitory activity against aldose reductase with an IC_(50)value of 7.82 μM.

    查看更多>>摘要:A previous bioassay-guided fractionation of the active CH2Cl2-soluble layer from the liquid fermentation of Herbidospora daliensis yielded one actinomycete strain,0385M-1~T,which was isolated from sediment samples collected from a city in Taiwan.This resulted in the isolation of a new compound,daliensilin(1),The structure of the isolate were established by spectroscopic methods,including UY,IR,HR-ESI-MS,and extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques,as well as by comparison with literature reports.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new polyketide,9(E)-3-(5,8-dihydroxynon-3-en-1-yl)-5,6-dihydroxy-2,6-dimethylcyclohex-2-enone(1),and one known compound,5-ch!oroisorotiorin(2),were isolated from the mangrove-derived fungus Phomopsis sp.TJM1-5.Their structures were determined by extensive NMR and MS analyses,while the absolute configurations of C-5 and C-6 were established based on experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra.Compound 2 was isolated from the genus of Phomopsis for the first time.Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for their antibacterial activity against five pathogenic bacteria.
