    АНТИОКСИДАНТНЫЙ ГИДРОЛИЗАТ СЕРИЦИНА ИЗ КОКОНА Воmbух mori

    查看更多>>摘要:Из коконов ВотЬух mori получен сериции с выходом 28% и чистотой 92.06%.Ферментативным способом из серицина получен его гидролизат и методом ультрафильтрации собрана фракция с молекулярной массой ниже 3 кDа.Методом MALDI TOF/TOF анализа определено содержание 19 пептидов в диапазоне 600-3000 Da молекулярных масс,установлены их аминокислотные последовательности.Антиоксидантная активность гидролизата серицина IC_(50)равнялась 0.07 мг/мл по поглощению ABTS радикалов и 1.09 мг/мл по поглощению ОН радикалов,что соответственно в 4.5 и 1.2 раза выше чем у серицина.

    查看更多>>摘要:B соответствии с Государственной фармакопеей Российской Федерации плоды и цветки 12 фармакопейных видов рода Crataegus L.семейства Rosaceae служат источником получения кардиотонических и антиаритмических лекарственных препаратов,биологическая активность которых в основном обусловлена флавоноидами и сапонинами [1-3].К числу перспективных растений,по нашему мнению,относится североамериканский вид боярышник полумягкий(мягковатый)-Crataegus submollis Sarg.[4],широко культивируемый в России как пищевое и декоративное растение,отличающееся быстрым ростом,высокой урожайностью и морозостойкостью.Кроме того,плоды С.submollis более крупных размеров по сравнению с плодами фармакопейных видов.Как показали проведенные ранее исследования,по содержанию флавоноидов плоды С.submollis имеют сходство с химическим составом плодов боярышника кроваво-красного Crataegus sanquinea Pall.[5].Кроме того,проведен сравнительный анализ содержания антоцианов в плодах боярышника полумягкого [6].

    查看更多>>摘要:The genus Euphorbia is the largest in the Euphorbiaceae family with about 2000 species worldwide and is well known for the chemical diversity of their isoprenoid constituents [1].The plants of the genus Euphorbia consist of 80 species in China.Some of them have been used as traditional medicine to cure abdominal pain,abdominal distention,skin disease,and paralysis [2].Euphorbia is a rich source of diterpenoids with many different core frameworks such as jatrophanes,lathyranes,tiglianes,ingenanes,myrsinols,etc.In addition,sesquiterpenoids,phloracetophenones,cerebrosides,glycerols,flavonoids,and steroids were also obtained [3].Terpenes isolated from different Euphorbia species are known for many different activities,including antioxidant,antitumor,MDR reversing,antimicrobial,vasoactive,immunomodulatory,and anti-inflammatory effects [4].

    查看更多>>摘要:Knema plants {Myristicaceae family),which comprise over 80 tropical evergreen trees,are found in Southeast Asian countries with a characteristic red resin in the bark,referred to a word meaning"blood"in their local name.Knema saxatilis WJ.de Wilde,called"mau-cho,"is an endemic plant in Vietnam,growing in the mountain slopes or low hills of the central provinces [1 ].In folk medicine,Knema plant oils have been used for pimples and skin diseases [2].Knema plant extracts and their active components possess a wide range of biological activities such as anticancer,antibacterial,and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities [3-6].Previous studies focused on the chemical composition of the stem barks or trunk woods,which contain the red resin,with phenol lipid derivatives including anacardic acids,resorcinols,cardanols,and acetophenones found as major compounds [4-9],In addition,several lignans [10,11],stilbenes [12],and flavonoids [3,13] were also isolated from Knema species.In our continuing study on Vietnamese Knema plants [9],a total of 15 compounds including three sterols(1-3),a lignan(9),a sesquiterpene(7),a phenolic acid(4),and nine flavonoids(5,6,8,10-15)have been isolated from the leaves of K.saxatilis.On comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with published values,they were identied as stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(1)sitoindoside I(2),5β-hydroxysitostanol(3),vanillic acid(4),kaempferol(5),3'-O-methylorobol(6),clovan-2β,9α-diol(7),luteolin(8)(+)-isolariciresinol(9),astragalin(10),(+)-catechin(11),isoquercitrin(12),dehydrocatechin A(13),proanthocyanidin A1(14),and biochanin A(15).This is the first report on the chemical constituents of Knema saxatilis.Among the isolated compounds,compounds 1-7,lignan 9,and flavonoid dimers 13,14 were reported for the first time from the genus Knema.

    查看更多>>摘要:Dialium is a genus of legume in the Caesalpinioideae family.The genus consists of about 30 species,of which most species occur in Africa [1] and some species are found in Asia [2].Previous phytochemical studies of plants of the genus Dialium revealed the presence of steroids,terpenoids,polyphenols and oleanolic acid glycosides [3,4].Dialium cochinchinense Pierre is a large and popular tree in Vietnam,distributed from the North to the South.Many parts of the plant have been used in folk medicine for treating various diseases,and the fruits of this species are also used as food as they help to improve appetite and digestion.Our screening program on plants of Dialium genus in Vietnam found that the ethyl acetate extract of D.cochinchinense stem bark showed potential cytotoxic effect against the KB cancer cell line(36.27% inhibition of KB cell line growth at the concentration of 1 μg/mL).To the best of our knowledge,this is the first phytochemical study on D.cochinchinense,which led to the isolation and characterization of 10 compounds(1-10).The structures of the isolated compounds were established,by means of spectroscopic methods and by comparison with previously reported data,as friedelin(1)[5],taraxerol(2)[6],isoswertisin(3)[7],epitaraxerol(4)[8],ursolic acid(5)[9],6-methoxycalopogonium isoflavone A(6)[10],velutin(7)[11],3',4'-O-dimethyltaxifolin(8)[12],7,3',4'-O-trimethyltaxifolin(9)[13],and durmillone(10)[14].

    查看更多>>摘要:Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott семейства Rosaceae широко культивируется в некоторых районах северо-востока Америки,Канады,России и в северных регионах Китая,например,в Цзилине и Синьцзяне.Фрукты данного растения богаты активными биологическими соединениями,проявляющими антиоксидантные,противовоспалительные и противомикробные свойства,что весьма актуально и необходимо для здоровья человека,в связи с чем выращивание этого лекарственного сырья в Китае прогрессирует в широких масштабах [1,2].Мы исследовали химический состав плодов Aronia melanocarpa,собранных в регионе Синьцзян-Тарбагатая(Казахский автономный округ)Китая в августе 2018 года.Сок плодов собрали и концентрировали,затем трижды экстрагировали этилацетатом.После упаривания полученный экстракт первоначально разделили колоночной хроматографией марки ACCHROM С18(250 мм х 80 мм,10 мкм)на 14 фракций(F1-F14).Подвижная фаза состояла из метанола(А)и 0,1% НСООН(В),мобильная фаза составляла 0-50 мин(27.5-67.5% А),50-70 мин(67.5% А).

    查看更多>>摘要:The Iridaceae family,which is distributed cosmopolitically,is represented by 77 genera and 1655 species spread over various parts of the world,especially in the Mediterranean region [1].In Turkey,Iris,Gynandriris,Romulea,Gladiolus,Crocus,and Hermodactylus,which include six genera and families,are important economically,and about 86 species have medical value [1].Many species of the Iris genus are used in the treatment of various diseases among the population.In particular,their sub-ground rhizomes are widely used in Chinese medicine to prevent fever,for detoxifying,and to treat throat infections.The rhizome iridis(which is peeled and dried rhizomes of Iris)has laxative and expectorant properties [2].It is also widely used in the perfume and cosmetics industry.Iris orientalis MiW.is a white flower and has a large yellow spot in the center of the leaves.There are many studies on the Iridaceae family,especially I.germanica [3-8].In addition,there is some research on the biological activities of I,nigricans [9,10],I.sibirica [11],I.carthaliniae [12],I bungei[13],I.pseudopumila [14],and I.spuria [15] species.

    查看更多>>摘要:Anisophyllea disticha(Jack)Bail).(Anisophylleaceae)is locally known as'raja berangkat'in Malaysia,distributed mainly in Sumatra,Lingga Island,Peninsular Malaysia,and Borneo.It grows in lowland forest,freshwater swamp forest,and on granitic sands.In Malaysia,an infusion of the plant is used to treat diarrhea and dysentery,while a decoction of the leaves is used to treat jaundice.In addition,the roots is boiled with onion and black cumin(Nigella sativa)to relieve body aches and tiredness.In Sumatra,the decoction of the roots is used during confinement,while the astringent leaves are used to treat cuts and wounds [1].The phytochemical analysis of the genus Anisophyllea led to the isolation of triterpenoids and phenolic compounds that showed antifungal,antibacterial,anti-leishmanial,and cytotoxicity activities [2-4],The literature search did not reveal any report on the essential oil composition of the genus Anisophyllea.

    查看更多>>摘要:The genus Beilschmiedia(Lauraceae)with around 250 species of trees and shrubs is distributed in tropical Asia and Africa [1],Some species of the genus are used in traditional medicine for the treatment of several ailments including uterine tumors,rheumatism,pulmonary disorders,bacterial infections,malaria,and tuberculosis [2].It is a known source of therapeutically active secondary metabolites such as endiandric acid derivatives,lignans,neolignans,flavonoids,amides,alkaloids,and terpenoids,which were also reported to exhibit antioxidant,acetylcholinesterase,anti-inflammatory,antimalarial,and antituberculosis activities [3,4].In a continuation of our systematic studies on volatile oils from Malaysian Beilschmiedia species,we describe in this paper an evaluation of the chemical composition of the essential oil from the leaf of 5.insignis.B.insignis is endemic to Peninsular Malaysia,mainly found in the primary and secondary forest from lowlands to mountains,at 30-350 m altitude [5].To the best of our knowledge,there is no report and studies about this species.

    查看更多>>摘要:The genus Chassalia is a shrub or small tree that belongs to the family Rubiaceae.It includes more than 110 species distributed in tropical Africa,Madagascar,and tropical Asia.Chassalia chartacea Craib is locally known as'beras-beras,'which can be found in Thailand and Malaysia.It is traditionally used to treat cough and fever [1].Some species from the genus Chassalia have proved to be a source of cyclotides and macrocyclic and cysteine knotted peptides [2].Within the Rubiaceae,the Chassalia is among the earliest genera discovered to produce cyclotides [3,4].The genus Chassalia was also reported for its antihepatotoxic [5],antihypertensive [6],antibacterial [7],acaricidal [8],antimicrobial,insecticidal,and cytotoxic activities [9].The literature search did not reveal any report on the essential oil composition of the genus Chassalia.
