(Oviedo, FL, US); BRUDER, Gerd (Orlando,FL, US); DAHER , Salam (Clifton, NJ, US); DIAZ, Desiree A. (Orlando, FL, US); GONZALEZ, Laura( Orlando, FL, US); HOCHREITER, Jason Eric (Cocoa, FL, US); WELCH, Gregory F. (Lon gwood, FL,US), filed on June 10, 2024, was made available online on October 3, 2024.No assignee for this patent application has been made.Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“There are presently a number of patient simulator systems for training healthcare personnel, includingfully screen-based simulated systems a nd mannequin systems, including robotic Human Patient Simulators(HPS). In the s creen-based systems, a computer-based virtual patient is displayed on a screen. Thevisual appearance could include 2D computer graphics, 3D graphics, stereo, o r head-tracked imagery. However, there is typically no physical interaction with anything resembling a real physical patient. Themannequin-based simulators are typically computer controlled/robotic and can be programmed for a rangeof resp onses that simulate a variety of healthcare symptoms and problems. They are able to simulatephysical symptoms that can be checked such as heart rate, blood pre ssure, and simulated breathing. Theavailable simulators range from relatively s imple and inexpensive mannequins (a.k.a. “manikins”) usefulfor basic “part task ” training, such as that disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 6,227,864. Other available p atientsimulator mannequins utilize complex computer-controlled systems to provi de more realistic environments,as disclosed for example in U.S. Pat. No. 6,273, 728. Unfortunately, the mannequin’s visual appearanceand certain behaviors are often static and unrealistic-there is typically no ability to change such things asthe skin color, the skin temperature, the patient race or gender, nor the pa tient shape/size. Most patient simulators also have no way of sensing the touch (location and force) of the healthcare provider; hence thesimulated patient is unable to react to physical contact, neither physiologically nor emotionally.

In such an injection molding system, an injection mo lding machine includes a cover surroundingthe operation range of the robot, and when the cover of the injection molding machine is opened, theoperations of th e robot and the injection molding machine are stopped. This ensures the safety o f theinjection molding system.“However, if the operation of not only the robot but also the injection molding machine is stoppedwhen the injection molding machine cover is opened, the resin , which is the material in the injectionmolding machine, remains in the injecti on molding machine, the temperature of the resin deviates froman appropriate te mperature range, the resin deteriorates, and the quality of a molded article aft er theoperation of the injection molding machine is restarted may deteriorate. Therefore, in the injection moldingsystem of JP-A2016-083823, it is difficult t o achieve both safety and quality maintenance of the injectionmolding system.”

The m olding machine of this type is preferably adopted for production ofpharmaceutic al tablets, food products, electronic components, and the like.“A production situation needs checking whether there is abnormality by on-demand inspection of propertiesof molded products such as size, weight, composition, and hardness. Quality of the molded productsis typically controlled by sampling a plurality of molded products out of mass-produced molded productsand measuri ng properties of the molded products thus sampled. Target molded products are pi cked upoften with use of a robot arm or the like including a gripper (alternati vely, a hand or a chuck, e.g., seeJP 2019-107739 A or the like).

This ri sk assessment involves a variety of factors, such as the provider’sspecialty, b oard certification, claims history, years or practice, medical school of graduat ion, location ofpractice, hours of weekly work, and whether the practitioner is performing telehealth. Insurance companiesmay also consider a provider’s revie ws as well as any malpractice claims or lawsuits that they may havebeen involve d in. To evaluate the risk associated with a healthcare provider, insurance comp anies lesscommonly conduct site visits, review medical records and other docume nts, and interview the providerand their staff. This process can be time consum ing and may not provide a comprehensive understandingof the provider’s performa nce. Traditionally, patient interactions with healthcare providers have beenpri marily documented through handwritten notes or typed summaries. These notes and summaries aregenerally written from the perspective of the doctor and necessari ly brief with large amounts of potentiallyuseful data omitted.”

Eco-friendlyproducts, which may be referred to as envir onmentally-friendly or sustainable products, are products thatare considered to have a positive environmental impact by affecting the environment less when com pared tocompeting products. Businesses, however, face many challenges in achiev ing conversions (e.g., a purchaseof an item) of their eco-friendly products. Fo r example, oftentimes, e-commerce platforms do not clearlyidentify the products as eco-friendly and, as such, online consumers (e.g., shoppers or customers) do notknow that the product being offered is eco-friendly. Further, even though s hoppers report a positiveattitude toward eco-friendly products, many shoppers s eem unwilling to actually purchase the eco-friendlyproduct.”
