By combing the literature on the treatment of atopic dermatitis with TCM, it is found that TCM therapy can regulate the relative abundance of intestinal flora, participate in immune metabolism and restore skin barrier function by intervening in the gut-brain-skin axis, so as to achieve the purpose of treating atopic dermatitis.
