查看更多>>摘要:In this paper we try to establish the affect of fair distribution principles based on which employee in Nepal judge fairness of al ocation,final y resulting in satisfaction. We created a model of fairness based on four basic principles based on distribution according to work, averages,needs and rating,respectively. The model of relationship between fair distribution and sense of satisfaction was created with basic wage,bonus, benefit and al owance as the components of satisfaction. Assumption about the relationship was made and validated by questionnaire col ected from a number of enterprises and organizations in Kathmandu, Nepal. From the results of the analysis we conclude that employee prefer the principle of distribution according to work performance general y that is on the basis of contribution. Sometimes the components of satisfaction(bonus,basic wages,allowance and benefit)may affect the overal satisfaction of employee independently. The personal character and the organizational character did not have a very big effect on the satisfaction of employee but undeniable it of-course affected the satisfaction of employee in Nepal.
