Effect of Dingkundan combined with letrozole and low-dose urinary gonadotropin on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome and its influences on endometrial receptivity and ovulation
Objective To investigate the effect of Dingkundan combined with letrozole and low-dose urinary gonadotropin on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome and its influences on endometrial receptivity and ovulation. Methods A total of 80 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with letrozole and low-dose urinary gonadotropin, and the observation group was treated with Dingkundan on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, endometrial receptivity and ovulation improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, the uterine artery resist index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)were lower than those of the control group, and the uterine artery blood flow index(FI)was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of follicles and the number of dominant follicles in the observation group were more than those in the control group, and the follicular maturation time was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combined with letrozole and low-dose urinary gonadotropin can improve the therapeutic effect of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility, improve endometrial receptivity and ameliorate ovulation, which is worthy of promotion.
