Effects of pre-hospital emergency nursing based on the principle of primary trauma treatment on the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma
Objective To explore the effects of pre-hospital emergency nursing based on the principle of primary trauma treatment on the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 54 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group(27 cases)and observation group(27 cases)according to nursing plan. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received pre-hospital emergency nursing based on the principle of primary trauma treatment. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The emergency response time, admission time and emergency department rescue time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude, communication quality, emergency treatment, seamless connection and nursing comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the cure rate and disability rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of pre-hospital emergency nursing based on the principle of primary trauma treatment in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can improve the clinical cure rate and first aid efficiency, ameliorate the degree of neurological damage, and enhance the ability of daily living activities,self-efficacy and satisfaction.
