查看更多>>摘要:目的 探究Mini-CEX联合DOPS护理带教模式在呼吸内科护理实习生培训中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取广州医科大学附属第一医院在2020年6月至2022年7月期间呼吸内科接收的护理实习生60名作为观察对象。根据实习时间不同将其分为对照组(2020年6月至2021年6月)和干预组(2021年7月至2022年7月),对照组30名实施传统护理带教模式,干预组实施30名Mini-CEX联合DOPS护理带教模式,对两组专业能力、综合素养、教学满意情况等进行比较。 结果 干预组在专业理论知识、临床实践操作、护理查房、病历书写等专业考核成绩评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组心理调适、实践关怀、沟通护理、护理审美及法律和伦理运用等综合素养评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组在强化解决问题能力、激发学习兴趣、提升护患交流能力、加强团队合作意识、提高临床实践操作能力等教学满意评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 Mini-CEX联合DOPS护理带教模式在加强呼吸内科护理实习生护理专业能力,提升其综合素养的同时,有效提高护理教学满意度。 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) combined with direct observation of procedural skill (DOPS) in the training of respiratory nursing interns. Methods Sixty nursing interns in the respiratory department of the hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into control group (from June 2020 to June 2021) and intervention group (from July 2021 to July 2022) according to the different internship time. Thirty patients in the control group received traditional nursing education mode, and 30 patients in the intervention group received Mini-CEX combined with DOPS nursing education mode.The professional ability, comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing interns in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group in professional theoretical knowledge, clinical practice, nursing rounds, writing medical records(P<0.05). The scores of nursing interns in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group in psychological adjustment, practical care, communication nursing, nursing aesthetic and legal and ethical application(P<0.05). The scores of nursing interns in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group in terms of strengthening problem-solving ability, stimulating learning interest, enhancing nurm-patient communication ability, strengthening teamwork consciousness and improving clinical practice ability(P<0.05). Conclusions Mini-CEX combined with DOPS nursing teaching model can strengthen the nursing professional ability of respiratory nursing interns, improve their comprehensive literacy, and effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing teaching.
查看更多>>摘要:目的 探讨以时机理论为基准的延续性护理在慢性肾衰竭采取血液透析治疗患者中的临床效果。 方法 选取晋城市人民医院肾病血液透析室2020年5月至2022年9月收治的慢性肾衰竭行血液透析治疗患者280例作为研究对象,进行随机抽取,均分为对照组和干预组各140例。对照组实施常规延续性康复护理,干预组实施以时机理论为基准的延续性康复护理。于入院1 d、干预3个月后,对两组患者的健康知识认知度、中文版医学应对问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)、营养指数等情况进行对比分析。 结果 入院1 d,两组健康知识认知度、MCMQ、营养指数等情况比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预3个月,干预组在健康知识认知度各项得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);同期相比,干预组医学应对各项指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预组营养各项指数水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对该院接收的慢性肾衰竭采取血液透析治疗患者实施以时机理论为基准额延续性康复护理,有助于增强患者的疾病相关健康知识认知程度,提高其心理抗压能力,加强其自我护理管理能力。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing based on timing theory in patients with chronic renal failure treated with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 280 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis treatment in this hospital from May 2020 to September 2022 were selected as research objects. Patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and intervention group with 140 cases each. The control group implemented the conventional continuous rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention group implemented the continuous rehabilitation nursing based on the timing theory. One day after admission and 3 months after intervention, the health knowledge awareness, Chinese version of Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and nutrition index of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results One day after admission, there were no differences in health knowledge awareness, MCMQ and nutrition index between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the scores of health knowledge awareness in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the same period, the medical coping indexes of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of nutrition indexes in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on timing theory for patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis treatment in this hospital is helpful to enhance the cognition degree of patients' disease-related health knowledge, improve the psychological ability to withstand pressure, and strengthen the ability of self-care management.
