查看更多>>摘要:目的 探讨设障立惑培训法对低年资护士评判性思维能力、综合能力的影响。 方法 将上海市公惠医院2020年6~12月选择应用设障立惑培训法前的41名低年资护士纳入对照组(采用传统培训法),对2021年1~6月选择应用设障立惑培训法后的41名低年资护士作为观察组(采用设障立惑培训法)。对比组间受训护士理论知识、技能操作成绩、评判性思维倾向量表评分、综合能力评分。 结果 观察组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩高于对照组,观察组培训后评判性思维倾向量表总评分与其中的分析能力、寻求真相、系统化能力、思想开放、认知成熟度5个维度评分、观察评估能力、护理决策能力等综合能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0。05)。 结论 在对低年资护士的培训中应用设障立惑培训法,对提高护士的培训考核成绩、评判性思维能力及综合能力有显著作用。 Objective To explore the influence of obstacle training method on the critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of junior nurses。 Methods From June to December 2020, 41 junior nurses in Shanghai Gonhui Hospital before the application of the obstacles training method were selected as the control group (using the traditional training method), and 41 junior nurses after the application of the obstacles and confusion training method from January to June 2021 were selected as the observation group (using the obstacles and confusion training method)。 The theoretical knowledge, skill operation scores, critical thinking disposition scale scores and comprehensive ability scores of the trained nurses were compared between the two groups。 Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group。 The total score of the critical thinking disposition scale and the scores of five dimensions including analysis ability, truth seeking ability, systematic ability, open mind and cognitive maturity, observation and evaluation ability, nursing decision-making ability of the observation group after training were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0。05)。 Conclusions The application of obstacle and confusion training method in the training of junior nurses has a significant effect on improving the training examination results, critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of nurses。
查看更多>>摘要:目的 探讨"课程思政"理念应用于《护理学导论》课程教学改革中对本科护理学生(简称护生)自主学习能力的影响,从而拓展专业课课程教学改革的方法。 方法 选取成都大学2019级本科护理1~7班210名作为教改对象,在教学中进行基于"课程思政"理念的教学改革,2019年9月17~27日(教改前)收集一般资料,教改前、2019年12月27日至2020年1月10日(教改后)分别采集Williamson自主学习能力量表(SRSSDL)评分并进行比较。 结果 对基于"课程思政"教学改革前后护生的SRSSDL数据进行统计分析得出,护生在学习策略和人际交流2个维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0。05),而学习意识、学习行为、学习评价3个维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。 结论 在《护理学导论》课程中实施基于"课程思政"理念的教学改革能提升护生的自主学习能力。 Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of the ideological and political concept on teaching reform in the course of Introduction to Nursing Science on improving the self-learning ability of undergraduate nursing students, thereby to expand the methods of teaching reform of professional courses。 Methods A total of 210 undergraduate nursing students from Class 1 to 7 of Grade 2019 in Chengdu University were selected as the teaching reform objects, and the teaching reform based on the ideological and political concept was carried out in teaching。General information was collected from September 17 to 27, 2019 (before teaching reform)。 Before and after (December 27, 2019 to January 10, 2020) the teaching reform, the scores of Williamson's Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning (SRSSDL) were collected and compared。 Results Statistical analysis of SRSSDL data of nursing students before and after the teaching reform based on ideological and political concept showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of learning strategies and interpersonal communication among nursing students (P<0。05), while there were no significant differences in the scores of learning awareness, learning behavior and learning evaluation(P>0。05)。 Conclusions The implementation of the teaching reform based on ideological and political concept in the course of Introduction to Nursing Science can improve the self-learning ability of nursing students。

查看更多>>摘要:目的 肺癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的发生率比较高,对患者的正常生活造成了严重的困扰,目前针对癌因性疲乏的干预手段少、药物治疗疗效不佳。据文献报道,正念减压疗法(MBSR)能有效缓解癌症患者的疲乏。本文就MBSR的定义、干预机制及方案、肺癌CRF的影响因素、MBSR在肺癌CRF干预中的应用现状等方面展开系统综述;同时,分别从患者认知改变、医护观念更新及体制建立3个方面,阐述现阶段的研究不足,并指出相应的研究方向,以期为国内学者更好地应用MBSR对肺癌CRF患者进行干预研究提供借鉴。 The incidence of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with lung cancer is relatively high, which has caused serious troubles to the normal life of patients。 At present, there are few intervention methods for cancer-related fatigue and the effect of drug treatment is not good。 Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) has been reported to be effective in relieving fatigue in cancer patients。 This article systematically reviewed the definition of MBSR, the intervention mechanism and scheme, the influencing factors of CRF in lung cancer, and the application status of MBSR in the intervention of CRF in lung cancer。 At the same time, this paper expounded the current research deficiencies and pointed out the corresponding research directions from three aspects of patients' cognitive change, medical and nursing concept update and system establishment, in order to provide a reference for domestic scholars to better apply MBSR in the intervention research of lung cancer patients with CRF。
