    查看更多>>摘要:本文报道1例肢端肥大症患者妊娠期服用溴隐亭并成功分娩的诊治经过。回顾性总结了该患者2次妊娠前后的临床资料及治疗结局。该患者第2次妊娠期间口服溴隐亭,妊娠期病情较稳定,并足月剖宫产1女婴。本文提示肢端肥大症患者在病情稳定后妊娠可获得良好结局,妊娠期服用多巴胺受体激动剂没有增加围产期不良事件。 This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of acromegaly in a pregnant patient who took bromocriptine during pregnancy and delivered successfully. A retrospective summary of the clinical data and treatment outcomes before and after two pregnancies of the patient is provided. The patient took bromocriptine during the second pregnancy, and her condition remained stable. A baby girl was delivered by caesarean section at full term. The article suggests that pregnancy in acromegaly patients, after the stabilization of the condition, can lead to favorable outcomes. The use of dopamine receptor agonists during pregnancy does not increase adverse events during the perinatal period.

    查看更多>>摘要:类器官作为来源于原代组织或干细胞的三维培养的细胞聚集体,可以自我组织,形成器官型结构,模拟组织的细胞微环境,并代表组织生理学。甲状腺滤泡组织是甲状腺激素生物合成的重要结构,虽目前来源于成体组织及多能干细胞的甲状腺滤泡已在体外实现长期扩增,但甲状腺类器官技术的发展依然面临许多挑战,建立更贴近人体真实情况的复合型甲状腺类器官依然是亟待解决的研究难点。现就甲状腺的发育过程、现有甲状腺类器官模型的相关应用及其构建方法的研究进展作一综述。 As cell aggregates in three-dimensional culture derived from primary tissues or stem cells, organoids possess the ability to self-organize into organotypic structures, mimic the cellular microenvironment, and represent tissue physiology. The thyroid′s follicular tissue plays a crucial role in thyroid hormone biosynthesis. Despite prolonged in vitro expansion of thyroid follicles from adult tissues and pluripotent stem cells have been expanded for a long time, the development of thyroid organoid technology still encounters numerous challenges. Establishing a comprehensive thyroid organoid that closely mimics the human body′s actual conditions remains a research challenge. This article reviews the development process of thyroid, the related applications of existing thyroid organoid models and the methods employed in the construction.

Beyond its impact on the reproductive wellness of women of reproductive age, PCOS poses long-term health risks as a metabolic disease. The pathogenesis of PCOS is not fully understood. Early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are crucial for the prognosis of patients with PCOS. A review "Polycystic ovary syndrome: pathophysiology and therapeutic opportunities" was recently published in BMJ Medicine [Dong J, Rees DA. Polycystic ovary syndrome: pathophysiology and therapeutic opportunities. BMJ Medicine, 2023, 2(1): e000548]. This open-access article has been translated into Chinese. The review consolidates relevant literature, offers a comprehensive exploration of the key pathophysiology of PCOS, evaluates existing treatment modalities, and concludes by highlighting therapeutic opportunities presented by emerging drugs.
