    查看更多>>摘要:Armatans A(1)and В(2),new isoflavans,have been isolated from the EtOAc-soluble fraction of the MeOH extract of Colutea armata Hemsl.& Lace,along with sativan(3),6-hydroxyisosativan(4),feruiic acid(5),and caffeic acid(6),isolated for the first time from this species.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including MS and 2D NMR spectroscopy.The new compounds 1 and 2 showed significant antimicrobial activity.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new flavone,orlumin A(1),together with four known compounds(2-5),was isolated from the fruits of Oroxylum indicum.The structure was elucidated using a combination of spectroscopic methods.Compound 1 showed the highest antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)with a MIC value of 3.1 μg/mL.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new flavanone,5-hydroxy-7,2',3',4',5',6'-hexamethoxyflavanone(1),was isolated from the unripe fruit peels of Citrus reticulata(Rutaceae),together with two known polymethoxyflavones,5,6,7,8,3',4'-hexamethoxyflavone(2)and 5,6,7,8,4'-pentamethoxyflavone(3).The structure of 1 was characterized and identified by spectral analysis.

    查看更多>>摘要:B статье представлены результаты химической модификации флавоноидов пиностробина и тектохризина,при этом атомы углерода С-3,С-6,С-8,ОН-и СО-группы в указанных молекулах определены как реакционные центры.Как полифункциональные соединения пиностробин и тектохризин вступают в реакции аминометилирования,комплексообразования,нуклеофильного присоединения по карбонильной группе и электрофильного замещения,при этом синтезировано семь новых соединений.

    查看更多>>摘要:The biotransformation of γ-mangostin(1)by Cunninghamella blakesleana(AS 3.009Г)was investigated for the first time,and two new transformed products were obtained.Their chemical structures were characterized as γ-mangostin-S-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)and 3'-hydroxy-7-methoxy-γ-mangostin-3-O-β-D)-giucopyranoside(3)by spectral methods.Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited moderate cytotoxic and antibacterial activities against a panel of human cancer cell lines and several microbial strains.

    查看更多>>摘要:Two undescribed milbemycin derivatives,milbemycin P(1)and milbemycin Q(2),were isolated from a culture of the genetically engineered strain Streptomyces bingchenggensis BCJ60.Their structures were elucidated through the interpretation of NMR and HR-ESI-MS spectroscopic data,as well as comparison with previous reports.Their acaricidal and nematocidal activities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were tested.The results showed that compounds 1-2 possessed potent acaricidal and nematocidal activities.

    ANTIBACTERIAL NAPHTHALENE DERIVATIVES FROM THE FERMENTATION PRODUCTS OF THE ENDOPHYTIC FUNGUS Phomopsis fukushii

    查看更多>>摘要:Two new naphthalene derivatives,1-(3-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methoxy-6-methylnaphthalen-7-yl)propan-2-one(1)and 1-(3-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-6-methylnaphthaIen-7-yl)propan-2-one(2),together three known naphthalene derivatives(3-5)were isolated from the fermentation products of the endophytic fungus Phomopsis fukushii.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods,including extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques.Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for their anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(anti-MRSA)activity.The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 showed weak inhibition with IZD of 10.2 ± 1.8 and 11.3 ± 2.0 mm,respectively.

    A NEW CHLORINATED TETRALONE FROM CO-CULTURE OF INSECT-PATHOGENIC Beauveria bassiana AND PHYTOPATHOGENIC Nigrospora oryzae

    查看更多>>摘要:In this study,the co-culture of Nigrospora oryzae and Beauveria bassiana,the pathogenic endophytes in the seeds of Dendrobium officinale,were examined for their antagonistic relationship by the production of metabolite.One new chlorotetralone(1)and five known compounds,murranoic acid A(2),9,12,13-trihydroxy-10-octadecenoic acid(3),3,3'-methylenebis(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one)(4),sclerin(5),and(4S)-4,6,8-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalen-1-one(6),were isolated.Compounds 1-5 showed antifungal activity against B.bassiana with MICs of 256,128,2,32,and 64 μg/mL,and N.oryzae with MICs of 64,256,256,256,and 64 μg/mL.Compound 4 showed significant antifungal activity against co-culture of B.bassiana and N.oryzae with MIC at 1 μg/mL.

    ISOLATION OF NEW COMPOUNDS FROM Andira parviflora AND Inga alba WOOD RESIDUES USING LC-DAD-SPE/NMR

    查看更多>>摘要:Fabaceae is represented in the Amazon region by a high diversity of species and genera that have economic and agroecological importance;however,there is a lack of phytochemical studies.Using LC-DAD-SPE/NMR,analyses of fractions of the methanolic extract from wood residues were performed,and a bipterocarpan(medicarpine-7-O-7"secundiflorol I)was identified for the first time.In addition,the known flavonoids 7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxypterocarpan,nissolin,medicarpin,and biochanin A from Andira parviflora Ducke heartwood,the flavonoids taxifolin,butin,3-methoxyquercetin,and a new derivative of menthiafolic acid(dapaznide)from Inga alba(Sw.)Willd.trunk wood were also identified.Thus,this study has brought new information on the secondary metabolism of both forest species,as well as adding to our knowledge regarding their wood residues.

    查看更多>>摘要:A new acyclic monoterpenoid,namely mongolin A(1),was isolated from the volatile oil of Artemisia mongolica(Fisch.ex Besser)Fisch.ex Nakai.The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods,including UV,IR,HR-ESI-MS,and extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques.The antimicrobial activity of 1 was evaluated by the agar plate diffusion method.Mongolin A exhibited an obvious inhibitory effect against Propionibacterium acnes.
